In heart of the brand new Canopy by Hilton, located on the ground floor of the hotel with a direct entrance, discover our sweet and savory Californian canteen.

Lovely, vibrant and casual, Café Crème is above all a real place to live and meet. Whether you are a local or passing through, whether you're looking for a place to eat, relax or work... you have come to the right place.

Situated in the sun facing the Old Port of Cannes, on one of the indoor couches or at our coworking table, the different areas of our brunch club café open up the field of all possibilities.

Lunch on the run or gourmet brunch, a selection of exceptional coffee from our local roaster or beer from a local microbrewery, everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Eggs, lobster roll, avocado toast, French toast... Colourful and delicious recipes that invite you to relax and let go. Here, a crazy desire for familiarity, to eat with your fingers, to enjoy a tasty break in complete relaxation.

Our Executive Chef cannot be made up, we had to find Chef Alexander Douglas Burger, our New-Yorker citizen of the world. Born in California, he discovered the restaurant business in Connecticut before winning his spurs as a chef in New York. In the United States, Spain, Thailand, France, his inspiration evolves through the seasons but also and above all through the people around him: "I live and breathe cooking every day and if you're not inspired by that, you're in the wrong industry"

There was no better combination of healthy, local produce and American generosity in the creation of our menu.
